My name is Kate and I have 15 years’ experience working internationally across the corporate communications mix – running departments and teams in-house, and as a client-facing Consultant – for large, multi-national organizations like McKinsey & Company and PwC.
I have significant experience in change management and communications. In order for people to align and act on a message, they must first understand it, so I develop plans and content that make the complex simple, and deliver communications that are engaging and motivating.
With a background in PR, alongside extensive experience in internal communications I bring an ‘inside out’ perspective. As a consultant I’ve worked with clients from many different functions (Comms, HR, IT, Strategy. Boards, etc.), across a wide range of industries (from FS/PS to Pharma/Health to the public sector), so I understand how important it is to quickly come up to speed, both with new teams and on different topics.
I bring an international perspective, having lived and worked in London, New York and Hong Kong. I understand the cultural nuances of communication, and am fascinated by what makes people tick, why they make the choices they do, and how communications can help.
